Encore Personal Zoom Account
Encore personal Zoom accounts are not available to the Encore team.
Any Zoom account requested with an @encoreglobal.com or similar Encore email domain will fall under Encore's enterprise instance of Zoom, and Encore has currently chosen to limit the creation of these accounts to our managed list of Production and Venue accounts. As Zoom accounts are Encore assets, we are not currently assigning Zoom accounts to individuals. This applies to both Basic unlicensed accounts and paid Licensed accounts.

If you work at an Encore venue, your venue may have an official Encore Zoom account that starts with the 4-digit property number. These venue accounts are meant to function as part of that venue's onsite inventory. The DET can share the login credentials with technicians to allow for practice creating meetings and configuring the account settings to build experience, perform demos, etc.
