You will be provided with a venue (basic) Zoom account the first time that you request a Zoom meeting or webinar for a property-managed event via a Compass Opportunity.
Currently, there is no One-Time Passcode required to log into the account.
The venue account will have the following formatting:
- 4DigitLocationNumber-VenueName@encoreglobal.com
- e.g. 1234-gaylordrockies@encoreglobal.com
- Log in here - https://encoreglobal.zoom.us/
It can take up to 2 working days to set up the account.
