Zoom Account One Time Passcode (OTP)

Currently, One Time Passcode (OTP) should not be required for Encore Zoom accounts.

 

If ever you are asked for an OTP code for your Encore Venue Zoom account or Encore Pool Zoom Account, please do the following:

 

 

 

You have 10 minutes from the login attempt to enter the One Time Passcode (OTP) code so follow the steps below to give yourself as much time as possible to get the code and enter it. Resending a code makes the previous code invalid so don't hit resend unless the previous one has timed out.

  • Contact Support Center
    • Submit Support Center Ticket
      • Monday-Friday 4am-5pm Pacific/7am-8pm Eastern (if Zoom has switched on OTP then the Support Center team will put OTP support in place when it is brought to their attention)
      • Click here: Zoom OTP Ticket (you will need to log in using Encore SSO)
      • You will need to include:
        • CC (optional) - If you are creating the ticket for someone else, please include their email so the Support Center team can send them the One Time Passcode (OTP) code quickly.
        • Location number (required)
        • How can we help you with Zoom - Choose One Time Passcode (OTP)
        • Subject (required)
        • Description (required)
      • Don't forget to hit [Submit]

 

  • Log into Zoom - Try to log into your Zoom account
  • One Time Passcode (OTP) - If OTP is required, Zoom will send the code to the Support Center team
  • Code Emailed - Support Center team will email you the code
  • 10 minutes to enter code - You have 10 minutes from attempted login to enter the OTP code.
