  • In Tier 2 or 3 rooms, will I be able to share my screen wirelessly? Yes! There are multiple ways to share your screen wirelessly using WePresent and AppleTV.
  • I'm on-site and need assistance. Who can I reach out to? If you have any questions, please reach out to our on-site technicians at schiller@encore-us.zendesk.com.
  • Help! I've already started the meeting, but I forgot to add someone! Don't worry! You're able to modify the list of attendees at any time, even after the meeting has already started.
  • I discovered the meeting space I booked doesn't have the equipment that I need. What should I do? If you've booked the wrong meeting space, make sure to cancel the initial meeting on the calendar to free up the space you've incorrectly booked and set up a new meeting for the correct space. Remember, if it's a Tier 3 room, it'll require approval.
  • Am I able to get additional equipment in the space I've booked? No. The only exception to this rule would be if you book a meeting in Global Learning Center (2008). For that meeting space, we have an additional Logitech Rally available, but you'll need to reach out to schiller@encore-us.zendesk.com to get that set up.
