Inspire

The seller works their magic with the customer to inspire and them and communicate the value of that huge LED wall in the venue or event space.

Quote

Work through your standard quote and approval process.

Request Content

Use your venue-specific tech spec sheet to ask the customer to supply the content needed in the correct format. Remember that your venue may have specifications that are different from those of another venue.

Prepare Content - Optional

If you sell self-serve content, the customer may be comfortable doing it themselves or may need some help. If you have sold a creative package, the Creative team will work with the customer to create content.

Supply Content

The customer or the Creative team will supply the content as needed.

The article How to Guide - Digital Branding LED Wall Systems shows you how to check, manage and schedule content.

Check Content

When the content arrives, check that it meets the specifications. If you have a 4K screen, ensure that 4K content has been supplied. Lower resolution (e.g., HD) content will still play, but it will not be as crisp or clear.

Upload Content

Create an event folder, upload your content and check that it plays.

Troubleshoot Content

If content has been supplied with the correct specifications, you won't experience many issues. If needed, you can seek help.

Schedule Content

Schedule the content using the 22 Miles media platform.

Event / Content Plays

Check that the right content is playing at the right time then sit back and enjoy the show.
