This article is for anyone booking Digital Branding LED Wall sales in Navigator. It will help you ensure the correct codes are used to book orders.
Types of Venue Signage
There are three types of Encore-provided or managed digital signage in venues:
- Installed Digital Signage (door displays, touch screens, screens and arrays of screens)
- Digital Branding LED Walls (LED Walls that Encore provides free and are paid for from content sales revenue. Sold under the Digital Branding sales initiative)
- Event Digital Signage - brought in for a specific event (see Connect for details)
Correct Codes Checklist
It is important to check that you have the correct codes.
Step 1
- Please check that the codes (listed below) for Digital Branding LED Wall has been added for your venue in Navigator. This does not always happen automatically.
- Only the codes below should be used; old codes should be removed.
- If you do not have access to the correct codes in Navigator, use this form to raise a ticket with the Support Center team.
Step 2
- Use the codes below to book your Digital Branding LED Wall order.
The Support Center team can only help you with Digital Signage or Digital Branding Navigator codes. We will talk to the right people to get them added, but we can't help with other Navigator-related queries.
