After the meeting or webinar, you need to gather the recordings and reports to supply to the customer (if applicable).

 

Zoom Chat

The Zoom chat should be automatically saved on the host's computer when the meeting to webinar ends.

Default setting: The in-meeting chat will be saved to your local recording location. The default is your Documents folder / Zoom / Folder with meeting name, date and time.

 

The chat will also be saved to the cloud as a backup, available from the recordings page under the "cloud recordings tab".

 

Download the reports applicable to a meeting:

  • Usage (always, participant information)
  • Meeting
    • Registration (if applicable)
    • Polling (if applicable)

Download the reports applicable to a webinar:

  • Registration (if applicable)
  • Attendee
  • Q&A (if applicable)
  • Poll (if applicable)

Get local recording / download cloud recording links:

The downloaded recordings will be un-edited. Once the license is removed from your venue account, you will not have direct access to the cloud recordings and reports. 

In the event that the backup cloud recordings are needed, the links to the recordings are for Encore or the client organizer to download the recordings. They are not for the client to distribute to others as a hosting service. Recordings will be deleted from Zoom within 60 days per Encore's recording and GDPR policies.
