Sale
Demo
Your Digital Branding LED video wall system will contain default content. This will typically be content showcasing the venue and its facilities.
You will also be provided with a demo reel for an event.
If you have a customer visiting a property, then you can request that creative drop the customer's logo into the demo reel to create a personalized experience.
Sales Order Process
Consult your sales materials to ensure you are correctly processing the order in Navigator.
Sale Info Distributed
When you book your demo or sale, it will show up on the Digital Signage team's dashboard. The team uses this dashboard to ensure enough support people are scheduled, so please book your demos and sales into the system.
Request Content
You will receive a PDF guide with technical guidelines, which you can send to your customer.
Your content guide may be specific to your venue. While most LED walls will be the same shape (16:9) if your wall is large, you will likely need 4K content and won't get away with HD content.
We are asking the customer to email us download links, but an organized file transfer system will replace this in the future.
Receive Content
- Create an event folder on your local computer
- yyyy-mm-dd - yyyy-mm-dd Client_Eventname
- Access the download links that have been sent to your venue email address e.g. MarriottMarquisSD@Encoreglobal.com and save the assets that have been provided by the client or the creative team
Check Content
When content arrives, you must check that it works and meets the specifications.
Images
- Windows
- You can see the extension and the resolution in Windows Explorer; check that they match the required specifications.
Video
- Check the file extension, and the dimensions and preview it with Windows media player

Your login account name (e.g. TampaConventionCenter) is very specific; enter it exactly as received in your 22 Miles welcome email.
Platform Tour
Dashboard
When you first log in, you will land on the Home Dashboard. You can see several areas: Apps, Content, Devices, Channels, Media Usage, Playlists, and the Training Portal.
You will mainly be using the Digital Signage app in the apps panel. There may be other Digital Signage services at your venue, but you will only see the ones for the Digital Branding LED video wall.
Digital Signage Page
The Digital Signage page is where you will access the tools you will need to upload, manage and schedule your content. You will be using the Playlist, Schedule and Media Library.
- Dynamic Slides - not used
- Playlist - often used
- Schedule - often used
- Media Library - often used
- Template Center - not used
- Template AI - not used
Media Library - upload & manage files
Use the Media Library to organize, upload, manage, and preview your media files (e.g., images & videos).
The default naming convention for an event folder is:
yyyy-mm-dd - yyyy-mm-dd Client_Eventname
This preview doesn't 100% guarantee that the video will play on the player, but 99% of the time, it will be fine.
Troubleshooting Content
If there is an issue with video content playing in the 22 Miles preview, then you can check the codec used to encode the video to see if it is the right one. If you have issues that you can't solve, then reach out to the support team.
Schedule Content
You should schedule content in two ways depending on whether you have a single item of media or more than one.
Single Video - Schedule the media (video) directly
Multiple Images and Video - Create a Playlist then schedule the playlist
Don't schedule content till 1-2 weeks out. In our experience, there will always be some sort of update to the content from the customer.
Create a Playlist
If you have more than one media item, you must put them into a simple playlist. You will then schedule the playlist, just like in the previous video (Schedule Content) where you scheduled a single video.
