When you book a meeting in a Tier 2 meeting space and you're utilizing a PressIT360 camera, you'll have multiple audio options to choose from. We'll walk you through how to adjust those options in Windows 10, but first, we need to connect the PressIT360 camera.
Connecting the PressIT360 camera
First, we need to make sure the power cable is connected to the PressIT360 camera.
Next, we want to connect the PressIT360 camera to your laptop. To do so, you'll plug the larger USB end of the cable into the laptop, then the smaller end into the PressIT360 camera.
And that's it! Everything should be ready to go, but you may need to adjust your video and audio input and output.
The video output can be adjusted inside teams prior to the meeting in the meeting options window that pops up prior to the meeting. You will also want to make sure you plug in the HDML cable on the table to share your screen with in-person participants.
Adjusting speaker settings (what you hear)
To adjust the speaker settings, look in the bottom right hand corner of the screen and click the speaker icon.
Here, you can adjust the volume using the slider.
If you would like to use the PressIT360 as a speaker, select "Echo Cancelling Speakerphone". You can also use "Crestron" to utilize the speakers in the ceiling of your meeting space.
Adjusting microphone settings (what they hear)
To adjust your microphone settings, you'll look in the same area.
However, you'll need to right click the speaker icon and click "open sound settings".
From here, you'll be given a list of input devices.
Make sure to select "Echo Cancelling Speakerphone" to utilize the microphone on the PressIT360 so that everyone may be heard.
Select your device, and you're good to go!
