What is Content1?
Encore Content1 is our presentation management solution. It is a service for collecting presentation files, managing them and getting them to the room in which the presenter is speaking.

Content1 is a very flexible, capable, powerful platform with its own specialist Encore team. Content1's price point is generally between $10,000 and $50,000. The event life cycle is approximately 90 days.
Who are our customers?
Our Content1 customers are those running large events with lots of presentations. They may just want their presentation management to go smoothly, or they may want to use the more advanced features of Content1
They are often medical or pharmaceutical companies or associations that have a need for oversight of all material being presented.
What Services do we provide?
Encore provides the following services to our customers:

Presentation Management & Platform
- A service for collecting presentation files, managing them and getting them to the room in which the presenter is speaking. This can include an approval process for presentations.

Abstract/Eposter Management & Platform
- Abstracts / E-Posters are usually short presentations. They might be given in rapid-fire order in a conference room or displayed in pods or exhibitor stands in a big hall. They might also be viewed online.

Speaker Ready Room + Onsite Team
- Encore will set up a room where presenters can upload their content. A Content1 team will be there to support them using part traveling team and part local Encore techs.

Project Management
- The project management team runs the project from start to finish, including the configuration of the event on the platform.

Data Management
- The data management team wrangles the customer's data to get it into the platform and looks after it once it is loaded.

Support
- Our Support Center team is the first line of support for all Content1 help that the presenters might need. They have a response time of about 5 minutes within office hours, where a real human will be getting back to someone who needs help.
More about our Services
At this point, we need to explain a little bit about our relationship with our customers. You need to understand this to know what services we provide on a job and why.
- Content1 runs on a software platform called COASIS, created by the company CTI.
- CTI offers services that overlap with Encore's.
- Mostly, the customer is an Encore customer
- Sometimes, the customer is a CTI customer and we provide various services on CTI's behalf (the customer knows we are Encore; we are not saying that we are CTI).
- Some companies have their own COASIS platform.
- COASIS customers are usually companies in the medical field, as many of the COASIS features, such as presentations, abstracts and reviews, are targeted at the medical and pharmaceutical industries.

Event Lifecycle
This event life cycle shows you the general steps in a Content1 event, who does what, and when. As you saw in the section "More about our Services" above, the services we provide may be different from event to event. Content1 clients often have specific needs, which will also differ slightly from event to event.
