An UNLIMITED Subscription is required for this feature to appear in a Soundtrack Portal account. Playlist is NOT a feature in an ESSENTIAL Subscription. What's the difference?
Instructions on how to pair/unpair a device can be found in this Knowledge Center Article:
- Switching Encore Music Devices - Unpairing and Pairing
- In the Soundtrack App on your mobile device (not Soundtrack Portal via web browser) click on create and select Playlist.
- Name your playlist and click create.
Song availability in Soundtrack Your Brand will depend on the licensing agreements at the current time, and song availability is continuously updated. There may be songs that are available in Spotify but may not yet be available on Soundtrack Your Brand.
- In the search tab, use the search bar and type in the artist or song title name.
If you have your Explicit filter on, Explicit songs will be grayed out and may not be added to your playlist. To turn the Explicit filter on, this must be done by logging in through a web browser onto your venue location’s Soundtrack Portal in the Company settings.
- Click on the red + sign on the right of the song to add the song to your playlist. Added songs will turn into a ✓ mark.
- The songs will now be added to your playlist. Click the add songs icon to add more songs.
There may be songs that are not available yet on Soundtrack Your Brand due to licensing restrictions.
