Quick start

The quickest way to make sure your account is ready to go is to make sure all the settings are the Encore default settings for venue accounts. These settings should be appropriate for most events.

 

If you see a reset button it means that the setting is not at default. Click a reset button to set the option back to the default.

You can then adjust specific settings to meet your customer's requirements if required.

Most of the features will be set up when you schedule a meeting / webinar and many features can be controlled with in-meeting controls.

Don't adjust settings too far in advance of a meeting to avoid disrupting the settings for other meetings taking place prior to yours.

Account settings cannot be changed after the meeting starts.

It is possible to stop the meeting, change the settings and start the meeting again but all the participants would have to leave and rejoin which is confusing for the users and results in a poor user experience and should be avoided.
