This checklist is to be referenced for the start of each Zoom meeting requiring video to be ingested into the Zoom environment.

System Setup
Complete steps 1 & 2 prior to starting Zoom client software
1. lngestion Device Setup
- Plug video ingestion device into USB
- Plug audio ingestion device into USB
- Ensure system recognizes both devices
- Connect video system to video ingestion device
- Connect audio system to audio ingestion device
2. Zoom Laptop Setup
- Power Supply(s)
- Cable management
- Hardwire ethernet connection
- Speed test*

- Confirm HD Video selected
- Select 'Adjust for low light' set to Auto
- De-select 'always display participant names on their video'

- Enable 'High Fidelity Music Mode' and 'Stereo Audio'

Appendix
* Speed Test - If speeds less than 1.5 Mbps are present after using network speed test site, immediately inform on-site management.
* Ingestion Device Selection - For any events ingesting video through Zoom, an encore provided or enterprise level account must be used.
* Turn on Original Sound - The original sound button in the top left-hand corner of the primary window must be enabled after closing settings.
