Client wants to provide their own music

The client is allowed to supply their own music (licensed or otherwise), though the venue should try and educate them about the legalities first to see if they would prefer to purchase an appropriate, licensed product.

Larger, more corporate organizations understand the need for licensing and are pleased to use our solutions.

Smaller organizations that have historically just used someone's Spotify account or music CDs are less aware of the legalities and responsibilities around music licensing.

The fines are technically $150,000 per song infringed!

If a client insists on using their own music, we can provide them with a one-page resource document that has a few links to some of the major PROs in case they would like to procure their own licensing.
