It is Encore policy to only used a licensed Zoom account for a paid event.
It is Encore policy to use one Zoom account per CONCURRENT meeting or webinar.
All events requiring production resources are now done via Smartsheet, initiated from Compass.
For these events tick the “Virtual Meeting (Zoom)” box on the “Event Learning” tab.
You'll also need to adjust the Probability to 80% or higher.
If you don't check both boxes and set Probablility to at least 80%, your license will be delayed as automated notifications will not be triggered.

Sync to SmartSheet
Once your Compass opportunity has been created and filled out, click the “Sync to Smartsheet” button (found on the “Internal Info” tab).
You must scroll down to find the "Sync to Smartsheet" button.
You need to check BOTH boxes, ensure the Probability is at least 80% and then SAVE. Your Zoom requirements will then be assessed and directed to the appropriate team.
