- Encore Music Lenovo M8 Device with the latest UX Update on January 20, 2025
- Encore Music Lenovo M8 Device fully connected to a wireless internet network
- Ability to successfully load and visit sites on the Google Chrome App (i.e.- espn.com or cnn.com)
The Home Screen on your Encore Music Lenovo M8 device will look like the image below if you are currently on the latest UX Update:
The need to Uninstall the Soundtrack App will likely be because:
- You have created a personal Free Trial Account to Soundtrack on accident instead of using the Support Center provided Soundtrack account
- Your Encore Music Lenovo M8 device is paired to a subscription from another location or an expired subscription and you do not have access to that subscription’s Soundtrack Portal website to unpair the subscription from your M8 device
- Need to do a hard reset on the Soundtrack App on the Encore Music Lenovo M8 device due to other troubleshooting challenges
To Uninstall the Soundtrack App
- Tap on the Play Store App on the Home Screen
- Then tap on the Soundtrack: Music for Business App
- Tap on Uninstall and uninstall the App. This will remove the Soundtrack App from your home screen.
To Install the Soundtrack App
- Tap on the Play Store App on the Home Screen.
- Then tap on the Soundtrack: Music for Business app.
- Tap on Install and Install the App. This will add the Soundtrack App from your home screen and now you will able to pair a Soundtrack subscription to the Encore Music Lenovo M8 device.
