When you link a Spotify account to your venue location’s Soundtrack Portal to import a playlist from Spotify, Soundtrack Portal will save that Spotify account login information and the Spotify account will remain linked to the Soundtrack Portal, even if you log out of the Soundtrack Portal.
You will need to unlink the Spotify account manually if you no longer want the Spotify account attached to your venue location’s Soundtrack Portal.
- Refresh your Soundtrack Portal web browser window. Click create then copy from Spotify.
- Click disconnect.
- The Soundtrack Portal will prompt the web page to land on the create tab. If not, click create then click connect with Spotify.
- On the Authorize – Spotify pop-up window, under the Spotify account profile name, click Not you?

Soundtrack Portal now has unlinked the Spotify account.
Always remember to unlink the Spotify Account from the Soundtrack Portal after importing the Spotify playlist(s).
