How to enter stream keys into the Pearl Mini

IMPORTANT NOTE

Before streaming confirm with your IT department that the splash page is off and the ethernet port is open. Make sure they are aware you are streaming out of the building. These are specific port #s they may need for RTMP streaming: 80, 443, 1935, 1936.

Once in the GUI after logging in with User: operator Password: psavcts 

1. Under Channels click Program 
2. Click streaming 
3. Click New Stream (if previous stream already in, click the arrow and delete stream) 
4. Select RTMP push 
5. Name your stream & hit enter 
6. Enter RTMP URL into URL section 
7. Enter stream key in Stream Name section 
8. Click apply 
9. You can then click start to start stream from the GUI or just start it from the unit itself

*if you do not see the streaming tab or have the option to enter a stream key contact Support Center

*Do NOT stream from both devices at the same time to the same RTMP/Key. This will cause both streams to crash or one to not work and the other will be choppy/buffer constantly 

*If you get a connection timeout immediately after starting there is an IT issue. Majority of the time there are ports for RTMP streaming still being blocked. Confirm with IT that the port is open & no splashpage
